Booked a room with an ocean view balcony got a room with a bushy hill view balcony (back side of the property), room located next to the elevator shaft so you can hear all the gears and mechanisms of the arriving car including the door bell’s. On top of that, we feel all the other hotel guests arriving and departing sounded as if they were in our room waiting for the elevator which created an echo chamber which was annoying at best.
The room we had also allowed us to hear our neighbors from the bedroom wall who unfortunately had a baby where you can hear the cries and parents discussions.
Others issues that could be reported but trying to keep this short due to a comment field cap.
Last item, the hotel staff did NOT seem eager to assist or accommodate us on what was suppose to be a memorable trip ringing in our anniversary.
Be wise, look elsewhere.
