East Lansing Elegance

Special shout out to Mattie (facilities), Joseph (night front desk), Renee (breakfast concierge lounge), & Derrick (morning front desk). Ultimately people make the experience. This is a lovely property. Given the encroaching residential area, I encourage guests to look inward and enjoy the amenities, and again, the people.

Definitely Coming Back!

We had an amazing stay, and the front desk staff on February 15 truly made it exceptional! The lady and gentleman working that night went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We’ll admit—we were probably a bit of an annoying room, but they handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Their helpful and friendly attitude made all the difference. Thank you for the outstanding service! We will definitely be back.

The property was great! Very quiet and the staff was the best! Walkable to a couple dining options and the hotel offer dining options as well. Very close to the MSU campus. Only down fall was there was no microwave to reheat food. You have to ask the staff to reheat your food for you. Other than that the property was great! Will stay again!

The Best Customer Service I have seen in a long time

While in town for my daughter’s graduation, my family and I stayed at the Marriott East Lansing and boy was the service EXCEPTIONAL. The Front Desk Attendant Joe R. Went out of his way to make sure we received the Best Customer Service. Will definitely plan another visit soon.
