Have stayed in Grants Pass several times. Usually stay at Riverside Inn. Wanted to try the lodge. The staff were very nice and the facility was clean. Disappointed that the hotel that was touted as a lodge was an older hotel that was renovated somewhat but not what I expected. Rooms were smaller and complex was cinderblock. The hotel office and breakfast area were the only area lodge like.
The Riverside Inn is best, nice large rooms with balconies, beautiful walkway under bridge to Tap Rock Grill and very good breakfast….and generally is cheaper than Riverside Lodge.

Lovely, spacious rooms overlooking river. Park-like setting with Adirondack chairs, pool, riverside seating. Some road noise from bridge but outweighed by the design of the rooms and the views. Better than average complimentary hot breakfast. Nice dining room. Very nice duvet bedding/bed.

Simply disappointed! Paid for the best room, carpet was so dirty. Cobwebs on the balcony with spiders! Property was in poor condition! Front desk stay when we checked was great tho!

I love this place! The wine tasting and evening cookies are a hit!!
I wish the pool was heated though— maybe have a hot tub?
Breakfast -could offer fresh fruit and berries for cereal.
Overall- great stay and property!
