Best location in Hilton Head

Excellent hotel and fantastic location. It’s worth the extra money to get an ocean front room and have a beautiful view of the pool and beach. Food was fantastic and I definitely recommend the coconut shrimp and spinach salad. Gladwyn, our pool server, was on point and went above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. Our drinks were always re-filled and he always came by to check on us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Weekend getaway !

We arrived to a wonderful greeting from Mandao our Bell Captain . Certainly set the tone for an amazing weekend . Place is beautiful the staff are so friendly and accommodating and most of all I met the nicest person someone I would call my brother MR. Mandao ! Love this place

Enjoyable front desk experience

Our host who checked us in was Anais. She was very helpful and gracious. She was very knowlegeable about the hotel services and addressed our needs for room accomodations. She smiled a lot and was very professional yet friendly. She made us feel right at home. We had had a long drive from Minneapolis
through tornadoes in Kentucky, etc so the arrival was made even more pleasant by Anais handling our reservation. Thank you Anais and Hilton Hotel!

Relaxation

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the time away was incredibly relaxing. Vaishnavi A. went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a scenic, peaceful setting.

Spring break trip with young grandsons. Of course, it was fabulous, but for the purposes of this review, some comments.
The property looked a little bit tired. Might be time for an effort to upgrade.
