Very clean and new looking and vest of all extremely affordable and close to where we needed to go

Hotel is clean..staff friendly however the elevator didn’t work and they off breakfast however I went down both mornings I was there a few times between the services hours n there was no food available just beverages very disappointing.

Terrible experience. Would never stay here again..

Awful. Terrible experience. The only advantage to this value hotel (if you can call it that) is that it is cheap. Please, pay the extra $30 to stay across the street, you won’t regret it. The place was gross.. Trash overflowed not only the outside trash cans, but into the hallways as well. Please, stay somewhere else!

The rooms were clean , but it was hard to figure out how to use the cable and tv and couldn’t figure out how to turn on heater, no directions written out, however I called down and the front desk guy came up 3 times… so even though it was frustrating after long day of travel he was kind and helpful! Sheets had permanent stains and few holes… can tell they try to stretch their dollars by using used sheets and blankets too long.. otherwise very nice and clean and kitchenette and refrigerator.. just need own utinsels and cooling pans if you want to cook something.

Booked room in advance and was treated completely unprofessionally.!
Front desk attendant refused to check us in with an advanced reservation.
FRONT DESK DEMANDED $100 CASH DEPOSIT.!
I asked to have this put on a card and front desk refused to put it on a card.
This creepy person held onto my license clicking his dirty disgusting fingernails on my license.
Since he refused to give back my license, I said I would call the police.
***I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY.***
*Pulling into the lobby parking area, I saw a large hole in a window and people smoking. In this State, it is illegal and a fire hazard to smoke in hotels.
**Hotels.com refused to honor their refund policy.
