I was greeted nicely. We were let in an hour before check in and the woman who gave me my key card was very nice. I didn’t have a problem with any bugs but there was hairs on the bed that weren’t mine. Overall it was a good room.

Disgusting... bugs are everywhere and the bed was dirty.
Also, no soaps in the bathroom... lots of other people's hair in the shower.
I could tell they don't clean it. Don't stay here.

The room we booked was the kitchenette and it was NOT clean and it seems it hadn't been since the last person stayed Or maybe longer. There was less then half of a roll of toilet paper, empty alcohol bottles in the cabinet and one in the freezer, trash in the trash can, already used hand soap on the bathroom sink, it just felt dirty. The Bathroom wasn't cleaned either and we found more then 4 baby cockroaches in the towels they gave us to use to take a shower. We couldn't take all our belongings in the hotel room due to the roaches and not wanting them in our suitcases. The walk in shower also didn't drain so the water was overflowing causing us to take quick showers to prevent flooding. Definitely do NOT Recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling with kids

The owners where nice but I sooner realized there where bed bugs and now I have read spots on my legs and and upper body and so does my son

There was food crumbs in my bed sheets, and there was fries on the floor, there was also big yellow spots on the bed.
