I really believe that a motel room should come with a blanket or bedspread.

If it had been warm enough to sleep in my car, I would have.

If it had not been so cold, I would have slept in my car.
It was filthy. Stains on the sheets, towels, lampshades, walls, curtains. Dried food in the microwave. Some sort of gel or lotion all over the sink. Curtains were torn off the curtain rod.
There was a big dog barking early in the morning. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve slept in during g my entire adult life.
The front desk clerk just shrugged his shoulders and said they are under new management.

Roaches in the bathroom as well as in the sleeping area and never anyone at the desk to assist us and tried charged me 20 extra dollars for anothr bed when we already booked 2 beds and was not offered room service or anything like that

Would not give us a refund. Nobody was at the desk. The phone would just ring. The room smelled like cat pee.

The room was clean, comfortable. The location was excellent to the event I was attending. Wifi worked most of the time. There was a wait before anyone would come to the desk. There was an option to call someone, but I did not have phone service. Someone was also given my room key. They managed to open the door. This should never happen at a hotel. When I returned from my event, the key wouldn't even work. Overall, I was happy with condition of hotel & most especially reasonable cost. My car was safe outside and I had no issues with anyone.
