Very nice secure hotel, however is connected to a not so secure property,
Had to change rooms and downgraded

The smell of smoke in the lobby was terrible. I was extremely inconvenienced because there was no tap to pay. I got up to the room and I could barely open the door. The room was a dump with stains on the sheets and dirt on the floor. The room reeked of smoke. I immediately went back down to the lobby and asked for a refund. She would not approve it. I then left and had to go find another hotel. It was a horrible experience. Terrible location, terrible hotel, terrible experience. I’ll never use hotels.com again, and I’ll never stay at a quality inn or choice hotels property again. Hilton has my business from this moment forward.

There was broken glass at the elevator lobby on the third floor. Shower no hot water, desk clerk would not let me have a fork for my dinner

Demolish and remodel needed

Years ago when I lived in the area and we experienced a power failure we would go to Quality Inn to wait it out. Fast forward 2024 I could not believe how run down the establishment was. The carpets smelled, entire hallways require cleaning and painting and I am still itching from bed bugs in the first room. I went back downstairs to show the front desk person the bugs and two came up and claimed it was lint ! I may wear glasses but my eyes did not deceive me. They moved me to another room and that was so dingy and the damage was done I would have been psychologically thinking something was crawling on me for the duration of my 4 day trip. Luckily I got travel insurance and made prompt reservations at a nearby hotel that has 4.9 stars. I was there less than 2 hours and I cringed the entire time until my Lyft picked me up. DO NOT STAY THERE !!!! You been warned

Kind of smelled like smoke a bit (but not really that much of an issue). One of the elevators was on its last leg. My keycard stopped working halfway through my stay for some reason and it took a while to get it fixed because there was nobody present at the front desk for a bit. My room was decent. The bed was great. The shower curtain was falling apart, but the shower itself and the rest of the bathroom was in great shape. The AC worked beautifully, and there weren’t any other issues with the room itself. I loved the location of the hotel because it was really close to a metro stop, very convenient for me.
