Best Family Myrtle Beach location

I've been to Myrtle Beach Navy times and this experience and hotel is at the top. The cleanliness and friendly staff are amazing. Location is perfect for restaurants and shopping. Indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river are great. Kids are having such a great time. My husband and I got to enjoy a walk on the clean beach with was just a few feet away from hotel and also we got to warm up by the outside fires. Breakfast buffet was amazing especially having a family of 5. I highly recommend. Two staff members that really helped with our stay are Tracy and Corey. I've never felt so welcomed before at any other Marriott then here. We will continue to be Marriott members.

Hotel always smells so good. the parking is overpriced for where it is. Very clean. no bugs. Breakfast crew is amazing and kind

Very bad experience, the charge me $150 $50 for parking that I never knew about it and $100 as a hold” then next day the charge me again same amount, then the 3th day the charge me $73 + 43 and and I talk to them and they told me just to wait 7 days to see how much they will return to my card they should charge ONLY THE $150 one time and RETURN ME THE $100 but they charge me more then $400 and nobody give me answers

We stayed for 2 nights. Very nice property, disappointing breakfast, Very basic. We had an issue with towels. When we asked for more at 8am they still hadn’t arrived by 11am. So I had to go down and get them. They said they outsource the towels so the are not in control of towels. Strange. Overall the stay was very good and we loved the hotel and the pool area. The last thing is the parking. It was in a garage across the street and they charge for it. It’s inconvenient and just annoying. And they definetly should not be charging for parking across the street. I would stay again. And it is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Myrtle beach.
