View was awesome. Beds and bathroom were clean. The rest...not so great. Broken elevator, broken air conditioning, fuzzy tv signal, dirty floors, constant smell of pot on balcony- they have a no smoking policy but dont enforce it. No trash can in the room. But the view and proximity to the beach and price...I have no regrets.

Well Hotels had it rated as a 10, the price was fantastic, the location beautiful. The rooms view and closeness to the beach were marvelous, parking was great. The room was a disappointment panel missing on ceiling, water just warm, bedding, pillows, mattress, and furniture plus curtains all old and not nice. Pool and elevator were not working. None of the doors would close correctly. But can't beat the location right between Senior frogs and Sharkys.the beach was beautiful

We arrived and found bed bugs in our room. Staff was prompt in getting us a new room that just so happened to be adjacent so it had bed bugs too. Staff was friendly and helpful in refunding and resolving my issue but the hotel itself is in poor condition, no working elevator and the office is closed so you have to work with a hotel down the street.
