This hotel is very clean. Restaurant was very good. Little over price but overall quality great..

Horrible Stay- DO NOT Stay here. Hotel is Disgusting and NOT a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Dirty Rooms. Insolent front desk staff, unwilling to help and very incompetent and slow. Entire Hotel smells like the powder you throw over someone vomits. My room was filthy. Broken toilet seat. My Carpet was soaked with 3x5 sq ft wide wet spot, likely from bodily fluids of the previous guest. Broken Shower faucet ( water running out of both sprayers) Fecal Matter on Toilet Flush knob. No water pressure in Bathroom. They gave me a handicap room, which is not a handicap room. If you are handicap, do not consider yourself accessible in this room. I gave hotel many attempts to make this right, along with Hilton Corporate and they did not care at ALL. Hotel is right next to i-95 main highway, so you hear very loud and powerful highway noise all night. Gym and Pool are blown out and dirty.. This hotel needs an overhaul of the staff and interior and exterior renovations for my awful stay, they only offered me 2,000 points which is equivalent to like $10.00... My room was not even vacuumed when I checked in , and not vaccum with the daily service ( which you have to apparenty request each day to have your room cleaned, which only entails new towles and making your bed basically).... you have to pay for parking, $10.00 a day, which is ridiculous there since its not even in a city. This is not operated like a Hilton Properties, and I am very ashamed to have stayed there. Even Hilton corporate did not try to help me out on this one, because I booked thru a third party so they treat you like TRASH. I will only stay at Marriots for now on. UGHHHHH. Very disappointed in my stay and how I was treated.

Room and restaurant was nice. Wish the shuttle was available to those who have 6am flights out. One thing we had to go to the desk for was bedding for pull out

Hard shot out beds very outdated and run down

These beds are hard and so very uncomfortable. Shared concerns with front desk. Room change and still no rest or relief. Property is in bad need of refurbish. No Starbucks for coffee in AM. No continental breakfast- no conveniences. Never been unhappy with a Double Tree until now. I would not stay here again!

Manager is Rude

I booked this hotel through a third party and there was an issue at check in. The front desk representative, Antonio, was friendly and helpful. But had to get the manager, Christian Hayes, involved with the transaction. The booking was already paid but the system was still trying to collect a payment and Christian was determined to make me pay again. Christian was very dismissive and said oh well not my problem. Then said since I booked through a third party that I had to figure it out on my own then walked off. Antonio apologized then stated to call my booking agent because there was nothing he could do. It took about about 30 minutes to sort it out with the third party. Then Antonio cheerful checked me in! The point of this post is I had just finalized my aunts funeral plans and it was no reason for Christian to be nasty. But every other staff member at this hotel was friendly and responded quickly to requests.
My other compliant is the hotel had an odor and was not as clean as it could have been. I brought cleaning supplies and had to use them.
