VERY CLEAN HOTEL

We were passing through this hotel, round trip therefore 2 nights in different rooms. Since we were 5 people, we were offered connecting rooms. The hotel is regular, is one block from downtown and two from the main square. It has no parking but it is a safe area, I highly emphasize the cleanliness of the rooms plus the foodd of the mattresses and pillows. We'd go again

Bad hotel

Disaster! You can't believe the lousy service they have and the poor customer service.
No TV, no parking, no breakfast, and the wifi doesn't work.
On top of that they look at you with faces when you're going to claim them. Don't stay, you lousy service.

Bad bad. IM not coming back anymore

Terrible, no TV, no heating, very dirty and noisy.
When we went to breakfast they told us that they had changed the breakfast time to 8 am. Which was not included, which was complimentary. We had to continue traveling so they didn't give us anything and it was paid...
We won't come back again. Apart from charisma.

Need to fix a couple of elevators, add TV's to all rooms and common spaces, as well as to provide more breakfast options.
