A wonderful hotel - at a stunning location!

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal many times, but this must be the best one of all. Not only did we get a superb upgrade to our room, but we were gifted "Happy Hour" and free parking! even if we had not received these lovely extras, we would still have enjoyed every element of our stay. The staff, as always, were friendly and super efficient, tending to any request instantly. We ere greeted by the Director of VIP Services on arrival and made to feel immediately at home and cared for. The Meribella restaurant was perfect for a late afternoon cocktail, overlooking the sparkling ocean. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a delightful ocean view. The bed was perfect - not to hard of soft, just super comfy. Wake up and enjoy a magnificent buffet cooked breakfast where you can select your favourite type of eggs, poached, fried, boiled or our favourite: Eggs Benedict and that was delicious! The new automated, number-plate recognition, parking underneath the hotel worked superbly too. I cannot give this wonderful hotel anymore superlatives.....I have run out! Just don't hesitate to book for a fabulous experience.

Amazing Family Stay, an annual ritual!

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific and especially Vanessa Lorking for their exceptional hospitality and care during our stay. The thoughtful attention given to my extended family and elderly parents was truly heartwarming and greatly appreciated. The activities for the kids were engaging and well-organized, ensuring they had a wonderful time, while the breakfast spread was both delicious and accommodating for all tastes. The stunning landscape of Terrigal, with its serene beaches and picturesque views, provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable family getaway. Thank you for making our experience so special!

High Tea at Mweribella.

High tea at Crowne Plaza in the Meribella room. We had a table by the window overlooking Terrigal beach. Wait staff were excellent and attentive. The food for high tea was both savory and sweet and first class. A wide range of teas to choose from or coffee if you prefer. Highly recommended. 10/10.

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, drawn in by its impressive amenities and stunning beachfront location. The hotel boasts a range of activities, including mini golf, a ping pong table, a small game room, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing sauna. The view of the beach was breathtaking, and the in-room experience was modern, featuring a high-resolution TV with Chromecast and quality Antipodes shampoo and lotion.
However, despite these positives, my experience was overshadowed by several issues with cleanliness and service. The room service was disappointing—while the bed was made and toiletries were refilled, basic hygiene standards were overlooked. My used orange juice cup was merely rinsed and placed back on the tray. The bathroom was covered in construction dust, and, shockingly, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odour. These are unacceptable oversights for a hotel of this caliber.
Additionally, while the hotel promoted a swimming pool, it was too small and constantly crowded with children, making it far from the relaxing retreat I had anticipated.
Overall, while the amenities and dining experience were impressive, the poor housekeeping and lack of attention to cleanliness significantly diminished my stay. Given these issues, I wouldn’t choose to return.

We have stayed here several times over the las 10 yeas, and we did notice that the rooms are still the same as they were back then, a bit tired. Front desk staff were fabulous.
