Undue charging for water consumption

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and when I went to check out there was two water consumption on the day I arrived, and I had brought water and also went to the market to buy more water.
The worst thing is that the minibar is out of stock and water must be purchased at reception, which makes the situation worse. If we check the cameras, they will see that at the time described I was not at reception.
The amount may seem small, but as I work while traveling, I stay in many hotels and if each one charges an amount, even if it is small, but which does not match reality, I will make a big loss.

I won't be back!

I found the Hotel through Booking and called asking about the daily rate with Mr. Marcos who was attending at the moment. I mentioned that it was 5 am and that there are hotels that have flexibility and don't charge the full night's rate because I don't think it's fair to go in at 5 am and at noon pay a full night's rate. Marcos took a while to see, because after a while he responded to me and very clearly told me that he would only charge ONE daily rate. Well, I was calm, I had even praised the Hotel here on Google and even Mr Marcos. I went out the same day at night at exactly 9 pm and the receptionist on duty Mr. Tadeu said that 2 nights would be charged. He called Marcos who said he hadn't said anything. In other words, have I become a liar? The same receptionist called the owner of the Hotel and explained the situation and the owner Mr. Nivaldo had the courage to send an audio via Whatsapp to the receptionist and called me Folgado, who knows my type of people even without knowing me or knowing about situation that occurred. As the owner, he didn't have the courage to call me to understand the situation. Do you pay like a Christian and curse the customer who stays at your hotel? God sees everything my friend! I no longer stay here. I thank Mr. Tadeu for trying to mediate and explain the situation that was for the owner to resolve and he didn't give a damn.

O hotel é maravilhoso, é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos, o café da manha e o jantar são maravilhosos, toda a equipe da recepção, cozinha e higiene totalmente atenciosos, super recomendo o local, estão de parabéns.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado, confortável, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã completinho e caprichado. Bem silencioso à noite para dormir. Torneira do banheiro com aquecimento, ar condicionado funcionando certinho, cama muito confortável. Recomendo o hotel, nada a reclamar.
