I loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations

We stayed for two nights, from January 1 to January 3, 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcomed.
The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the hot lassi and delicious pancakes, which were a highlight of our mornings.
A special thank you to the lovely Ms. Shilpa for her kindness and patience in teaching me how to wear a saree. Her guidance made the experience incredibly memorable, and I'll always treasure it. Her service was exceptional!
**Cons:**
During both nights of our stay, there were numerous events, which led to some noise.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place for its excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a memorable stay in Agra!

Lovely stay, recommend the hotel.

Had a lovely stay, lovely hotel, conveniently located and staff all very attentive, especially Sayal in the restaurant.
If we have one criticism it was that the lady who tried to persuade us to use the Spa services was way too persistent, we said'no thank you' that we were too busy etc. but she tried to explore every part of out itinery to see how we could fit it in, it proved to be annoying and to be honest lacked the class I expect of your hotel.

Awesome hospitality by the staff members which can only be experienced in India. Excellent food. Rooms are specious, nice and clean. There is always an attitude of going an extra mile to serve the customers. Amresh Pratap Yadav was kind enough to spend some time for a chit chat and taking care during dinner. Amit who is a manager at Double Tree went an extra mile to give us accommodation for an extra day. Thanks to the entire Hilton team for this wonderfull experience.

Great breakfast

Great food and service in the restaurant north27 very courteous staff , polite and well mannered, prompt service. We came for business trip and it was absolutely great .Saurav and Amaresh was great at their service and made us feel very hospitable.Thanks everyone
