Nice Hotel in the center of Malang
Staffs were friendly, including the commendable GM.
A small corner for tea & coffee is convenient.
Since there's no bfast and the mall is only open at 10:00AM, incl.Starbuck, would appreciate if the hotel can provide a list of places near hotel for having bfast.
The list will be useful for first timer in Malang as well as the early risers.

Nice front office staff, but VERY POOR for the other staffs!
But because i’m so tired, i didn’t think about it anymore, untill the next day when i just came from outside and went to the elevator, i found 2 housekeeping staffs carrying their basket, but honestly, when you see a customer, don’t you have to prioritize them first?
Well they didn’t. When i came they just go straight to the elevator eventho’ they see me clearly, and use the elevator first for themselves, and didn’t even bother to ask me to go first or at least say hello. So i need to wait for them to go up and press the elevator calling button for the other elevator to come.
Their motto is “hospitality at its finest”, well, most of their staffs certainly didn’t know that then.
So disappointed. Please educate your WHOLE STAFFS, if HIMANA offers HOSPITALITY, then ACT like it.
Oh and also, the bathroom floor is so dirty, and the bedroom floor as well, when i move the bed, i can see clearly the dust and dirt, eventho’ they tried to hide it.

Very disapointed
We ordered non smoking room but we get smoking room with lots of reasons.
No standby security or bellboy to help on our goods.
All facilities are still not operational.
Please dont advertise what you dont have yet on the sites...
All my kids was very disapointed.
Write what you have and you dont have.
