It was very good, but as it was cold, it took a long time for the heater to heat up the room.
There was no toothpaste provided or any brushes.
The place was was nice and clean and cozy. Staff were helpful

It is about a 15 minute walk from barking station (less if you know the way). The room was quiet and in general it was a very relaxing stay. Only issue was that the room keys tend to stop working (the lady at reception said this happens if you put it in your pocket with your phone).

The staff are very friendly and the room is nice.
The only have one issue was when I took a shower,
the water is sometimes warm and hot alternately.

The week was booked for a conference at the Excel London so location was great, in general the stay was ok until the Wednesday night when there was no water for washing, showers or toilets... In the morning there was still no water with no knowledge when the supply would return. I took the decision to check-out and find another hotel for the remainder of the week so I could have basic sanitary and shower facilities. I requested a refund for the final night however the hotel stated it was a non-refundable booking and there they were not able to refund the last of 4 nights... very disappointing!

Part of a business trip to Excel in London, the hotel is convenient as its only 10 mins drive to the exhibition center.
