We felt right at home!
The only flaw was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, unfortunately scarce if not non-existent, the auxiliary staff sitting on the stairs landings chatting, Recommendation for the owner, make checks on the work done by her employees!

And whose apology would that be?
That is, the hotelier shifts the blame for the big misunderstanding onto the Reservation site, falsely, since usually similar situations are specified.
And that I also received a confirmation email directly from the hotel where there was no mention of the situation, which denounces bad faith!
I ask to have a normal room and I get it but guaqrdacaso I have to pay a difference. For that amount I would have booked a better rated hotel.
In fact it is all true what previous travelers had written in the reviews: very cramped lobby, rooms with "cardboard" walls, shower on the ground with normal "flooding" of the bathroom, poor cleaning, wifi "only in the common areas" (which?), toilet paper I had to ask for, air conditioning paid in addition, microscopic balcony and living with the neighbors room, to finish the passage of the train at night is not a pleasure.
Worst of all, there are certain assumptions. The nice lady for example plays the gnorri and does not give me information that when I get from other sources reveals that she knew very well.
Finally, I point out that the hotel is close to the railway and due to traffic in the middle of August, wild parking and unique senses is accessible by car with serious difficulties, even just to unload the suitcases Recommendation to go on foot. I WAS AFRAID FOR MY PHYSICAL SAFETY
so I was attacked by the sweet owner of this simple hotel who in her humility offers a fair service for what one is willing to pay. Returning to the hotel around 00.00 for a banal misunderstanding regarding a document, which can be resolved immediately as it is state, the lady rants aggressively towards me, and shouts, orders me not to raise my voice. At that point it seemed to me that the lady wasn't in her senses, so I pointed out to her that it was she who was screaming and that she had come within an inch of my nose. I was afraid that he might physically attack me and that beyond verbal insults he might harm me. Luckily I wasn't alone.
The show of violence and aggression continues under the embarrassed eyes of the collaborator and my family, until it ends with a nice "MONGOLOID WALK" from the lady who kindly bids me go goodnight.
If you ever stay in this hotel, be aware that you get what you are willing to pay, with the addition, if you were to unfortunately meet the ethereal blonde angel, of needing an anti-aggression shield and maalox for gastritis to finally be able to go to rest peacefully in your hole of room.

Sei venuta a fare il check-in all'1 di notte nonostante il suo compagno era stato avvisato che era possibile farlo fino alle 23:00, va bene vi siamo venuti incontro, il portiere ha svegliato la titolare (ripeto all'1 di notte). Ha chiesto i documenti come richiede la legge, ma la ragazza, figlia del tuo compagno ne era sprovvista nonostante Io avessi precisato al tuo compagno sia l'orario per il check-in sia che era necessario la persona con il documento fisico in mano, perché coì dice la legge, legge che è uguale per tutti come scrive nei tribunali dove qualcuno millantava di lavorare.
Tu quindi te la sei presa perché avevi fretta di andare a dormire, ma in hotel ci sono delle regole e leggi che vanno rispettate, come vanno rispettate le persone che lavorano, ancora di più se li svegli all'1 di notte ed hai torto, non si offendono, non si è prepotenti, impara cos'è l'umiltà.
Voi dovete ringraziare solo che il portiere notturno ha svegliato lei e non me, altrimenti, la figlia del tuo compagno tornava a casa da sua mamma a Rimini, tu ti cercavi un altro alloggio all'1 di notte ed il tuo compagno poteva soggiornare regolarmente visto che era l'unico ad avere effettuato il check-in, lei invece vi è voluta venire incontro, per il resto evito di descrivere il tuo comportamento.
Il buco di stanza che citi invece, cioè una camera budget, come hai ben detto ha un costo equo per quello che si è disposti a pagare (io direi che avete pagato molto meno di quello che vale), se ti potevi permettere di pagare di più allora prenotavi una camera standard.
Morale della favola: ottieni quello che dai!
