Excellent service!

Small and quirky, the elevator is like something out of an old movie, felt very Italian! The room was excellent, incredibly clean and the service from Lisa on reception was simply the best! She gave plenty of tips and recommendations, she would always try to help! Location is great, short walk from the Colosseum, loads of restaurants around. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I will be staying here again when I return!

It was great, stayed for 5 nights and its ideal location for all around Rome. The water was warm, the reception/staff were very friendly! Would recommend for center location to all major sites!
Only thing was beds were the mattresses for the bed were not the squishy/ soft.

The room was small but clean. Reasonably quiet considering the location and the amount of people in Rome. Very close to the colosseum which was a plus for us. Front desk was very helpful.

We had a one night stay here and the hotel was perfect for that. Quaint, older but charming, clean and comfortable. Wonderful service too—all the people that worked there were super nice.
