A nice stay in a great location

The apartment was located in a quiet street, yet very close to the old city and all the famous places. Quite close to the train station. The apartment was quite specious and tidy. The kitchen was small and had a dishwasher and washing machine. Small but quite convenient things were missing like napkins, paper towels, soap and shampoo and toaster. Cooking there was not convenient, better to go out for meals.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay in busy Venice. Room was really clean and had everything we needed. Sheets, towels were nice and fresh and the beds were comfy. The shutters on the windows meant it was super dark to sleep in. Our two little boys slept past 9am most mornings here
All staff were super helpful and even did a load if washing for us. High recommend.
By the way close by was Bistro de Venise.. delicious!

Loved our stay - unbeatable location, charming apartment

We stayed for a couple of nights at a 2 bedroom apartment at the Residence La Venice. Residence La Venice’s location is absolutely perfect - it is within 5 minutes walk to Pizzale San Marco, and right next to a couple of good restaurants (next to La Fenice Theatre). And yet we found that unlike other streets close to Pizzale San Marco, our street wasn’t packed full of tourists streaming past.
We booked a private water taxi to take us from San Marco Airport straight to Residence La Venice, and it was the best way to travel with all our luggage, as the water taxi took us right next to Residence La Venice and provided us with assistance with our luggage as well.
One bedroom has its own ensuite on the lower floor, and the other bedroom is upstairs in the attic - old but charming. Altogether, the apartment has 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is air conditioned. The downstairs bedroom has its own conditioning. The upstairs bedroom in the attic has a older style air conditioner which is not so effective in the height of summer, so a fan has been provided as well. We found the upstairs bedroom slightly warm at night.
One thing to note: there is no elevator so you do have to carry your luggage up the stairs. (Not a problem for us.)
Wifi worked perfectly throughout our stay.
Overall, we loved our stay at Residence La Venice, and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay

Stayed here two couples in the same apartment. What a nice little hidden treat. Fresh and clean apt with a absolutely lovely private roof top terrazzo. To watch the sunset with a glass of vino and have breakfast at. Really recommend this place if you want a nice experience in Venezia
