A lovely stay at this establishment. The self operated laundry service was fantastic. Room was roomier than the size suggests. Free ice cream and onsen service was second to none. Location was quite central; close enough to Kyoto Station. I’ll definitely be back in future. Thank you for the wonderful hotel!

We loved the proximity from Kyoto station, and the overall cleanliness of the room and onsen. Checking in and out was smooth and easy.
The breakfast was underwhelming, but not bad. Wish they used heated trays to keep the food warm.
The onsen requires guests to bring their own towels from the room. Don’t forget your towel :p

Majority of the things at this hotel was good, they had the biggest room out of the 3 accommodations we stayed at and even had onsen and other amenities and assisted in luggage delivery however their laundry was the only down side, it was too small and drying took too long and the clothes had a smell after the wash and drying

It was close enough to kyoto station and convenient but the room was dusty and made our throat itch.

Location is great, right next to the train station and metro. Walkable to the Kyoto tower that has so many great food options (basement). Spa is helpful after a long walking day. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
