The hotel is very good with Mt.Fuji view. Easy to drive to hotel. Free parking. Room huge to stay. Good onsen in hotel. We will come back here for sure.

It’s about 10 mins car ride from train station to gran princess hotel. There is no pick up service or shuttle bus after 5 pm so very inconvenient esp those who are out to various attractions esp its cold wintry weather season. You can call from tourism centre between 3 pm to 5 pm. There are not many taxis around and have to wait for a long time and hotel staff does not offer help to do any booking for us and it’s wet and cold for all of us. The morning breakfast BBQ and onsen are a plus and you can chill out otherwise it’s far to get to 7 eleven store. In house restaurant is not available if you do not book one day in advance and only have option of ordering room service which a bit pricey.

The room is so big. Grand Resort Princess Fujikawaguchiko offers stunning views of Mount Fuji and a serene atmosphere. The spacious rooms are elegant, blending modern comforts with traditional Japanese design. The onsen facilities are relaxing, and the staff provides excellent hospitality. Perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of Lake Kawaguchi and its surroundings.

I tried hot spring bath and it was great. Breakfast surprised me with self grill menu. It was pity that we could not see Fujisan because of weather.

Hotel service is very disappointed for the following reasons :
1. We booked 3 triple rooms for 3 persons but checked in with 9 persons. Hotel staff told us they would charge additionally but refused to tell us sum of additional charge for additional resident until we charge out. Hotel staff refused to admit their fault in this situation
2. Hotel charged additional ¥150 per day per person for hot spring even though client didn't attend hot spring. We are not imform about this cost when we booked this hotel. This is not reasonable for resident.
3. The additional charge for unregistered client is several times higher than official price at booking website. This is very unreasonable.
