Near the railway station Frankfurt main. Near to halal food .
Near the rhine river .
Near the park less than 1 km. I enjoyed walking. Night time is not recommended to walk.

Do not ever stay here! The pictures are all lie

If this hotel is the last place that you have to stay, cancel your journey and do not come until you find a good hotel. Never ever stay here!!!! The room, the hotel smells terrible. There is no breakfast, there is no water, the area is res zone and all covered by junkies. Never ever, they didnt pay my money back, this is why i have to stay one more day

The apartment or the family rooms are located on the attic, top floor and we have to carry our luggage 1 floor up

After a long flight from nyc we arrived a bit after check in time to find out one of my band members room was completely dirty because it was never cleaned. This delayed us big time since we were performing and needed to be at our sound check. Staff was extremely rude and did not at least try to compensate us with a complementary breakfast for the band member. I chose this hotel because it had a rating of 8.2. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Anytime the employees suggested you write a bad review tells me they don’t appreciate their customers.

Terrible experience at hotel Topas! In order to reach our room we had to climb a dangerous flight of stairs sideways due to the stairs being so small and slippery. When we finally entered the room it smelled horribly. Came back down to reception explaining the problems with our room and were not offered an alternative, instead were told we would be getting a refund. So we left and looked for another hotel. We have since been told we will NOT be getting a refund.
