I was very pleased with the overall hotel and service! Fast check-in - very friendly reception -Top connection via separate access for taxis - Highly recommended - great location! Will gladly book again during my next stay in Cologne!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice big and clean rooms. Unfortunately in the evening hard to find. Because you see it lying there and the navigation doesn't tell you to keep going underground.

Previous carnival in Koln
We enjoyed a few days from 19.02.25 to 22.02.25, prior to Carnival Monday. The location is perfect, with metro stop 300m from the hotel, we were attended by Silvia and John, who guided us in everything to do and visit in the city, which is a lot. We will definitely repeat.

Noisy night with thick air
The flushing of toilets was unstoppable at night. The minibar buzzes too loud. The reception did not even try to balance the situation with an espresso or an apology.
