Holidays at the touch of a button
Room with large bed and snug seating by the window - check.
Breakfast with everything your heart desires - check. Sauna overlooking the sea (and breathtaking sunsets) - check. Yoga room with good equipment and stylish furnishings - check.
Whenever you want to eat or drink or need something, you get it in the spacious and nicely furnished area on the ground floor. And then the dike and everything else you want to explore outside is right around the corner. It couldn’t get any better!

Party hotel with dog boarding
It is a mixture of party hotel and dog boarding house. We had a room to the courtyard. ... music on Sunday until 3.00 in the morning at an uncomfortable volume . Sleep impossible. Add to that the loud barking from the four-legged friends at night ... rooms are very warm and stuffy - so windows open and noise in. Some vacationers also complained about the noisy night - this we were told at the reception when we left. 3 days booked ... departed after one day - paid for 2.5 days .., here shows the true Customer Service ...

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du wegen der Lautstärke und der Hitze im Zimmer nicht gut schlafen konntest. Wir verstehen, dass das sehr unangenehm sein kann. Wir werden uns bemühen, die Lärmbelästigung durch die Musik und das Bellen der Hunde besser zu kontrollieren und die Zimmer besser zu belüften.
Deine Anmerkungen bezüglich des Kundenservices nehmen wir sehr ernst und werden daran arbeiten, unseren Service zu verbessern. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich alle Gäste bei uns wohlfühlen.

Only for non-smoking, batik chicks
The first impression is very good.
- Rooms are reasonably furnished.
- Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is very good.
- The rooftop bar offers great views and good drinks.
That was it, though.
- As a smoker you are asked to smoke only in the left terrace area. There is no ashtray or seating.
If you ask to fix the grievance, it is ignored, then they say you are in non-smoking hotel (but could smoke on the roof terrace - totally illogical) and then the service becomes still pampering
- Northern Germany the land of black tea drinkers - you look for it in vain at breakfast
You are kindly advised that you should not smoke well of the non-smokers in the right area where the restaurant is located.
In the left area there is an ashtray, hardly any seating and these have also been removed. And if you rush in the left area you are still grimly looked at by non-smokers - consideration is probably only one-sided.

danke für dein Feedback und dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns so detailliert zu bewerten. Es freut uns, dass dir die Zimmer, das Restaurant und die Bar auf dem Dach gefallen haben.
Wir verstehen, dass das Rauchen ein sensibles Thema ist und es tut uns leid, dass du dich in dieser Hinsicht nicht wohlgefühlt hast. Wir versuchen, einen Kompromiss zwischen Rauchern und Nichtrauchern zu finden, aber es scheint, dass wir hier noch Verbesserungspotenzial haben. Deine Anmerkungen bezüglich der Aschenbecher und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse nehmen wir uns zu Herzen und werden daran arbeiten.
Was den Schwarztee betrifft, das ist ein guter Hinweis! Wir werden unser Frühstücksangebot dahingehend überprüfen und hoffen, dass du bei deinem nächsten Besuch deinen Lieblingstee genießen kannst.

A perfect getaway
and so is the area. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet: different kinds of milk, a high-quality cappuccino machine, really fresh fruit. Very attentive and friendly staff.
The hotel is a great starting point for walks on the beach.
The rooftop bar is well worth a visit at the end of the day. Great views from there!
