Hotel converted from a dormitory during the summer. Basic amenities, but very cost effective.

Didn’t like the fact that it’s a dorm and there is no customer service. Also, there were multiple fire alarms. And the bed was too small for two people. Will never rent this place again.

Best thing about it is the amt of space

You're in a dorm. With students. So the rooms smell like everything the kids have smoked. Otherwise, they're clean. There was a hole in the drywall in the bathroom. Bring your own kitchen utensils and supplies (including paper towels). Bring your own clothes hangers. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. This was the plus! There is no comfy lobby in this building; don't plan on entertaining anyone. All in all, this hostel was a bit overpriced. I could give it a better rating if there was convenient shopping within walking distance.

Rooms are good sized and clean, but there's only a microwave in the kitchen, nothing else. Not even the usual coffee maker with a few free coffee packs.

Student dorm opened to public during summer break. Clean rooms with lots of space and cooking facilities. Front desk 24/7. Ample free covered parking. Bus stop in front of the school that takes you to the subway which takes you into downtown in about 45 min. Only the bed are full size, which makes it a bit tight for two adults. Excellent value for money, would stay here again.
