Disappointing
We stayed two nights and were part of a bigger group. All our friends were equally dissatisfied. Would not stay there again and definitely would not recommend to others.

Poorly managed hotel
I was charged again for my room which was already paid for. Offered Kenyan shillings whereas I’d paid for by card so have incurred extra charges.
The bathroom has no hot water so had cold showers. It’s a hazardous shower with live wires running close to water. A fatal accident waiting to happen. No health and safety rules.
Staff try their best to resolve problems.
Breakfast was good.
Rooms are good size.

Health and safety standards.
Management did not seem concerned when complaints made.
Payment was taken twice and refunded in Kenyan shillings with loss in exchange rate differences and transaction commissions
