Review

Want to give a direct review to Andres Molina in Concierge. Andres was very helpful, he took the time to print important documents me for that I urgently needed to send back to the United States, as well as allowing me to have a late check out and remain comfortable on the premises while awaiting confirmation of my next travel plans. He spoke great English and was sharp, punctual and attentive. He is the kind of person who takes pride in his hospitality and is passionate about his work. Thank you Andres!

BED BUGS!!! Stay Away from This Hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and it turned into a nightmare. After the first night, I started developing hives on various parts of my body, which only worsened each day. I soon realized these were unmistakably bed bug bites. After bringing this to the staff's attention, I was reluctantly moved to another room, but that did little to remedy the situation.
To add insult to injury, the hotel refused to offer any compensation for the distress and discomfort I endured. This is unacceptable for a so-called four-star establishment! I paid a premium price for what I expected to be a clean and comfortable stay, only to find myself covered in painful bites due to their lack of proper cleanliness and hygiene.
I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT STAY HERE! Protect yourself and your health—choose a hotel that actually values its guests!

Best in Cali

The perfect hotel for a short business trip trip
Great food wonderful helpful staff and the room was clean and perfect
Lots of choices with restaurants which are all excellent
The spa and pool area are very nice with a great steam room and jacuzzi area

Everything went very well perfect is recommended for a next occasion.
The delicious food

Service at Front Desk - Astrid.

A very good service experience, Astrid supported us at everything on the front desk, made a positive difference just when we need it.
As for the room, I think there is enough to be comfortable totally, the bathrooms are not the best and insufficient supplies, do not replace the towels.
