Stay Away: Noisy, Filthy, and Terrible Service
Lack of Maintenance
The hotel is in dire need of upkeep. The room’s sink is bizarrely placed right in front of the bed, giving it the appearance of a cheap motel. Worse, the exposed pipes are covered in mold. There’s no place to hang your towels or toiletries, making the room feel more like a prison cell than a hotel. Nightstands are makeshift, with a couple of pieces of MDF awkwardly attached to the walls.
Unbearable Noise
The worst part is the noise. The hotel is surrounded by disco bars—one in front and one behind—that blast music until 4 AM on weekdays and 24 hours straight on weekends. Sleeping is simply impossible. Moreover, even if you give up the sleeping part just being there feels like torture. When we complained to the front desk at 3 AM, desperate for a solution, the staff told us the noise wasn’t “that bad” and that it was usually worse! We requested to move to another room farther from the noise, only to be told none were available.
Disrespectful Service
Frustrated, we checked online and found that rooms were available. When we brought this up, the staff claimed that since the noise was external, it wasn’t their responsibility. They offered to move us only if we paid a significantly higher rate —even though it was the middle of the night, and the room was sitting empty. The lack of empathy and basic professionalism was astounding. They knew nothing about loud music regulations in the area, and they simply did not care to find out. So worst than dealing with the noise we did not know if it was coming to an end.
Undisclosed Conditions
The hotel fails to inform guests that getting a restful night here is impossible. While it may appeal to partygoers who don’t mind noise and discomfort, it is absolutely not suitable for anyone seeking peace or relaxation.
Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This hotel is a nightmare.
