IF you want to sleep, don't go there.
I go into my room, the window is wide open and it's impossible to find any heating. forced to sleep in very unpleasant winter cold. The bed mattress is closer to judo tatami than to a bed.
No shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, I have to shower with hand soap...
Unnecessary curtain and window overlooking the common areas which remain lit all night so we sleep with light all night. Not to mention the non-existent soundproofing which forces us to live to the rhythm of the front door, even though it is two floors down which opens regularly.
No socket next to the bed, which is a shame for a hotel, I found one not too far away only to realize this morning that it doesn't work
To finish the "breakfast", for €10, it consists of 4 slices of white bread with a tray of butter and one of jam, a bag of tea but nowhere to plug in my kettle.
The only "positive" point is that the room is clean. that's the only thingMr.

Great apartment to feel good in
Nice, large room. Small, well-equipped kitchenette for 2 people. The bathroom is modern and nicely furnished.
The house has an elevator, even luggage can be stored in the elevator.
The location is great, the city center is about a 10-minute walk away.
We can't rate breakfast, we used the Nespresso machine in the room.
We used the P+R Bouillon parking lot. Free 24 hours, then €10 per day, reachable in 15 minutes with the free bus.
Didn't like the pillows, they are very small, we would be happy to have bigger pillows on our next visit!

Great stay
Local supermarket and restaurants at the top of the road
Apartment is cleaned once a week
Great staff very helpful
My only slight criticism would be the wifi logs you out but doesn’t bother me enough to knock a star off
The little kitchen worked fir what I required, I’d stay here again.
