good value car required

Positives - incredible value at 30 euros per night, good balcony with views , family pleasant and helpful , 10 minutes walk from local restaurant , jaz beach 10 mins away , supermarket 5
Negatives - very difficult to find does not come up on satnav , number other guests had issues, google map local area helps but beware streets have no name or number, if coming ftom kotor takr first right after restoran sebelj, if from budva, the turning is the one before restaurants on the left. Well eqipped kitchenette was very basic, we had hoped to self cater but with a single ring could not even make pasta, bread and cheeses om balcony good though. Would be really useful if shower on wall not handheld as very difficult to shower properly
Overall for price could not complain

It was good

The rooms were good,however its quite deep in Lastva grabijlska,and its atleast 5-6 km by walking from jazz beach,wifi was good,the room provides a good view of the surroundings ,however nearest restaurant is atleast 3 km way by walking.
I stayed in April and paid euro30 for 2 nights,however summer months this rates goes upto euro30/night.

Kivalo ar-ertek arany. Gyalog eleg messze van a strand(45 percre). Baratsagos fogadtatasban volt reszunk, nagyon kedves, aranyos tulajdonosok. Szoba szep, naponta takaritjak. Batran ajanljuk mindenkinek. Szivesen visszamennenk maskor is.

для любителей тишины:)

Номер дабл на третьем этаже, небольшой, окна выходят на горы:). В номере: удобная двуспальная кровать, шкаф, тумба. Имеются одеяла, фумигатор. Вся техника в номере исправно работает, бойлер отдельный. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. На кухне найдутся все принадлежности для готовки, была соль. По пути с пляжа есть магазины, пекарня, ресторан недалеко. Хозяйка отеля Снежанна очень милая, готова ответить на любые вопросы. Разрешила нам кушать виноград в саду-еще раз спасибо!;)
Посмотрев Будву, однозначно решили, что не прогадали с проживанием в тихой деревушке, пляж Яз тоже понравился-было тихо, людей немного, вода чистая. Рекомендую по соотношению цена-качество.
Недостатки:
- от отеля до пляжа порядка 4 км, по жаре идти очень трудно, тени практически нет
- большая слышимость из коридора, соседей сверху
- отсутствие обеденной зоны в номере (только на балконе)
- очень небольшая площадь для готовки
- запах сырости в ванной комнате

Stanza spaziosa e accessoriata, ma rumorosa

Premesso che la proprietaria della casa è stata gentilissima (ci ha donato una bottiglia di vino a fine vacanza), probabilmente non ci tornerei per i rumori, troppi a mio avviso, che si sentono nella stanza. La casa infatti è articolata su tre piani, ognuno composto da 4 stanze (se ben ricordo) disposte lungo un corridoio. Colpa, forse, della bassa qualità delle porte, forse anche della "sfortuna" che mi ha dato come ospiti/vicini persone rumorose, si sentivano continuamente (notte e mattina) porte sbattere, voci, etc. Il resto ok, con stanza dotata tra l'altro di spazioso terrazzino, pulizia secondo lo standard del posto, cambio asciugamano giornaliero. Indispensabile la macchina, in quanto a ca 3km di distanza dalla prima spoaggr (Jaz) e 5-6 dal centro di Budva; location ottima per spostarsi tra le varie attrattive vicine (vedi Kotor) in quanto vicina ad un'arteria principale.
Da valutare.
