Beautiful Hotel just Needs better Service

I actually loved this hotel a lot . I would stay here every time I’m in Lima . The location was absolutely perfect. My room service was good . The food and drinks at the onsite restaurant was good . The hotel was beautiful . My room was beautiful. Pros and Cons below:
Pros:
- Very upscale and elegant hotel .
- Peruvian soccer team stayed at the hotel which was cool to see.
- Restaurant on site. Was able to try the Pisco sour.
- Gym on Site.
- Updated rooms
- Private floors
- Near a lot of local shops and restaurants. As well as near a lot of shopping and chain restaurants . Walking distance.
- Peruvian chocolates provided daily (so good).
Cons:
- Absolutely hate when hotels (Grand Hyatts and Hyatt Centric) have in-room snacks but charge for them. For the price of these rooms , these should be complimentary as World of Hyatt members . Minus alcohol which I understand why there are charges.
- Concierge was rude during my stay immediately upon my arrival . Almost wish I didn’t prepay.
I’d still stay again though

First family international vacation

We attended the Hyatt Centric for our first family vacation. The hotel is a beautiful hotel. We’re greeted with a special treat upon arrival to our room. The suite was spacious and nicely furnished. The lobby had such beautiful furniture and the hotel staff were lovely and friendly. The lobby filled with Peruvian culture. Rubi was our housekeeper and she was so friendly and detailed. I highly recommend visiting Hyatt Centric for your next vacation.

Wonderful experience

My experience at Hyatt was amazing as always. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and supportive. This hotel had the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had, with a variety of options every day (I was there almost a week). I was there for business this time but will definitely be staying there when I return on vacation

Great option all around...and the breakfast!

Impeccable facilities, top-notch staff, and the breakfast… outstanding! I came to Lima for a conference, but once inside the hotel, it felt more like a leisure getaway. I called reception to ask about a nearby pharmacy, and five minutes later, they followed up with an offer to bring me a pot of homemade tea—it was incredibly soothing and thoughtful.

Amazing Quality

The guest experience at the hotel was beyond amazing and Donna did a wonderful job providing us everything we needed for our rooms and making sure they were subpar everyday. The breakfast was alado amazing with 5 star service giving us everything we needed.
