Great overnight stay.

We slept for one night only: the room is nice and clean (there is also a safe).
Beautiful common areas and paintings hanging on the walls of the corridors.
Very good and rich breakfast buffet: the dining room is on the top floor overlooking the city.
Friendly staff.
Only suggestion: the carpeting in the room is not the best and, perhaps, should be eliminated.

Good stay at this hotel

Very good stay with a very warm welcome. Staff attentive and helpful. Breakfast very good for all tastes in a very friendly hotel restaurant very good with cooking and fresh produce , very decent room.

Problems encountered during our stay

The hotel is very good. BUT:
- the room was on the 1st floor with direct opposite the building in front, and direct view from the street. There was no inner curtain allowing us to enjoy the daylight. So we had to have the blackout curtains closed all the time.
At 2:00 in the morning, we hear a knock on our door. I'll see, there was a person with his smartphone who apologized for the wrong door. This poses a double problem:
- the security chain was not working;
- what was this person doing in the hotel obviously coming from outside, at this hour??? Deliver an order? How could she get into the hotel?

Nous avons pris des mesures concrètes pour résoudre ces problèmes : des rideaux voilages ont été réinstallés dans la chambre que vous avez occupé pour permettre de profiter de la lumière tout en préservant votre intimité. Concernant la sécurité, la chaîne défectueuse a été remplacée et un système de contrôle des entrées a été renforcé pour limiter l’accès uniquement aux clients et au personnel autorisé. Votre confort et votre sécurité sont notre priorité, et nous serons ravis de vous accueillir dans des conditions optimisées lors d’un prochain séjour.

Good hotel with good service

Very good modern hotel the standard spacious room and comfortable bathroom great Wi-Fi performing only problem the fact that there were a lot of works outside the hotel so parking is currently located far away but still temporary problem

Great location, nice rooftop bar and restaurant. Great to have the car park a couple of minutes walk. Lovely helpful staff.
