1 star because you can't put zero!
3 days booking made online for 3 people with friends on All Saints weekend, what was not our surprise when upon arrival, the host person informed us that we had to pay an extra 72€ for breakfasts because he did not recognize the validity of our booking which included them.
We refused, asking to see a manager but no one available at 10pm!
The next day, a "manager" confirms the previous day's statements because according to him the reservations made by the central Booking style and even ALL to which the hotel belongs are not reliable!!
We're close to dishonesty!
Call the customer service of ALL who confirms the validity of our reservation and manages with the hotel.
The receptionist in the evening, asks us to pay the difference to have breakfasts as agreed, too late, we lost one, we do not pay an incomplete service, of course no adjustment of the price or excuses!
Namely:
Old and dirty hotel, the photos of the site do not correspond to reality.
No parking in the hotel,
Not suitable for PMRs, about twenty steps down to reach the reception.
No toilet brush, so-called COVID standard,
Inshell shower, full of strange yellow traces
In short, avoid!

Much below average IBIS BUDGET
Breakfast really unsatisfactory even by the standard of IBIS BUDGET: there were no paper towels (we asked for them but they told us they did not give them...!?), jams (two jars) were finished and no longer available, yogurt (always present in other hotels of the same chain) absent, fruit juices were hot and the dirty toaster machine to be scared.
The breakfast room, already rather gloomy, had the floor that probably had not been washed since time immemorial (the soles of the shoes would stick walking on it...).
The only positive thing, the location of the hotel and the kindness of the attendant who greeted us, who also tried to understand and explain why LE MANS do not work TIM mobile phones.
Not recommended.

important namely the Pension has no parking. During our stay the coffee machine was out of order and the dispenser empty.
I also had the good surprise this day after my stay to see that someone posted a review in my place and on my behalf on the booking site.
This review says that my stay was "exceptional" without further comment and with a 10/10 this was far from the case.
Looking at the other reviews I saw that other "outstanding" reviews had been published without comment development either and with always the same Rating, 10/10.
Far be it from me to make accusations but I wonder if it's not the work of someone on the team.
Do not necessarily pay attention to comments on booking.
