Small - but perfectly formed.
The room we stayed in is the cleanest, best furnished and most comfortable room we have ever had anywhere. The decor and antiques are truly excellent.
The set meal (inc drinks) was €27 and cooked - and presented - to perfection. Outside of cruises it's a while since we dined with chargers ...... and the knife rests were a definite first.
The bed was both large and comfortable and the linen very crisp. Too many times, in France, you get bedding which is a weird cross between bri-nylon and flannelette. This was top quality cotton.
If you need a stay in this little corner of France - it's highly recommended. The proprietors - and their home - are lovely. And the garden is not bad!

Un petit coin de Paradis
Le cadre est idyllique! A notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un jardin extraordinaire et parfaitement bien entretenu avec ses volières, petites mares et oiseaux (dont Bruno vous fera partager sa passion). Notre suite était charmante et agréable et reposant (décorée avec goût par les mains de fées de Viviane).
Bruno et Viviane sont des hôtes charmants, avec un grand sens de l'accueil et de l'hospitalité. Les petits-déjeuners et dîner faits maison sont extras!
Les propriétaires du site ont été à nos petits soins et ont pris le temps de nous faire partager leur connaissance de la région et des sites incontournables à découvrir.
Nous vous remercions pour ce très bon moment à la demeure de la Vendemière et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Angélina et Florian

Exceptionnel!!
Monsieur Maître passionné par ses oiseaux et sa demeure dont il est tellement fière de nous parler sans compter sur ces explications pour visiter les alentours avec toute la culturelle dont il possède une personne tellement exceptionnelle nous buvions ces discours… Mme Maître, que dire que cette petite dame qui a marqué mon cœur, elle a fait toutes les décorations des suites j’ai été sous le charme de chaque détails.. sans parler de sa cuisine tellement savoureuse qui nous a réveillé les papilles…
Un séjour inoubliable, des personnes formidables gravées dans nos cœurs .. de nos jours c’est tellement rare !
Encore 10000000 merci nous recommandons les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons (si Dieu le veut) ❤️
