Weekend at the venest-du-bion

welcome host very friendly wonderful place
correct room small bathroom.Simple meal made on site very good with regional products. Silent place. I recommend LE PETIT

Horrific experience

We used a smartbox to visit the area. This place the little Labouret is below everything you can imagine. On arrival, the very unfriendly Owner leads us to our room: no window, for ventilation....(unheard of), bedding to see again, very old place, bathroom with mold, toilet ready to overflow. Evening meal: 2 slices of melon then a stew of burnt beef without sauce some pieces impossible to cut served with a few spoons of glued rice, cheese and a slice of apple pie so thin that we did not know if it was apples. On the table a bottle of red wine for 6 without provenance. We had the Impression that we were being laughed at and being faced with a dishonest person.
At Check-out, on the second morning, we did not see the property owner.

Rustic but poorly maintained

The photos are not as fresh as currently, it is rustic but much less maintained!
The cleaning of the different rooms remains very summary! we must not look at the rigor, stained sheets, towels, dust under beds and furniture, cobwebs with their occupants, blankets of the last century, side electric security finally I stop.....
The pool has not been functioning for at least a few months without any information on the site!
Value for Award far too high for a Pension where bed and breakfast

Authentic

Lots of apprehension when reading the reviews... passing for one night. The setting is just magnificent, so natural and relaxing. The rooms are rustic but clean with some locals style. Madam big spider but in the end in its natural environment! We were well received by our host if you have humor and joy of life you will see that he is really nice and very welcoming. Meals and breakfast prepared with desire and local products to discover. I recommend.
