I rated it one but it’s worth zero at the most
First impression looked ok but on entering the hotel stank of cigarette smoke ? After checking in went to the room looked nothing like the rooms on the internet , went to the room and was disgusting dirty and stank of smoke , went to reception to explain and got a new room which was even worse , they tried to say the room was clean so the cleaners came with me and I pointed out the cigarette butts in the bathroom and ash on the carpet beside the bed !
Possibly the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen after some food outside not in the hotel I decided to leave and contacted agoda with pictures of the room for a refund, I was seriously concerned about my health or hotel catching fire .
