Enjoyable stay ; Lucia guest manager excellent

Lucia is fantasic. She made such a difference with her positive attitude and helpful demeanor. The property is nicely appointed and rooms are comfortable. Location is also quite convenient and you can get around to metro and restaurants shopping etc

Great Staff!

The hotel is very good. Good quality price.. All The staff is incredible! Breakfast,chambermaid,Professional and always smily.
Congratulations particularly at Jose, Sivia and the other man at the reception for their welcomes and at the restaurant specially Hernan an Yeti.. We will be back with pleasure.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever: we tried to contact customer service for days on different channels, impossible to contact.
Just bad: but how can you leave customers like that to themselves, and especially from a chain like Hilton.

who needs a wardrobe?

Overall very good. Quiet location as just off the main roads but still close to Metro station. Main room average size. Nothing special but very comfy bed and large TV. as mentioned, no wardrobe but hangars on a rail works fine. Water refillable in the corridor, which is fine and ticks the environmental box. No bath, but separate toilet and perfectly powerful shower.

Very good business hotel

This is a very good business hotel. It has well appointed rooms and friendly staff.
The main downside is that is is in a bit of an odd area. It is not very near the tourist areas and so you cannot just pop out to walk around easily.
You are a ten euro taxi to reach anywhere interesting.
Rate the hotel for business less so if I was a tourist
