Lovely relaxing time at a great hotel
Plenty of sun-beds despite people going down before sunrise to put towels down! Pool clean and not heated, but when really hot is really refreshing.
We were all-inclusive and couldn’t fault the choice of foods available, although some foods weren’t labeled, but we always found something tasty to eat. The restaurant can get busy, especially earlier in the evening, but we preferred to eat later and always found a table.
Throughout the day you also have the snack bar that had plenty of choice too.
Good choice with all-inclusive drinks, slushy cocktails were great and you can help yourself to soft drinks, coffee and beers.
The hotel is situated about 15-20 minute walk from the beach and town, where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from.
There is entertainment each night, with singers and circus acts. The singers were very good. You can also enjoy karaoke and the disco
In the day there are activities such as pool, archery and water aerobics
Staff around the hotel work very hard keeping all areas clean and tidy. Some of the staff especially in the restaurant can be rude and will not speak to you.
We had a great time and would certainly return to the hotel.

Christmas and New year
I try to be honest and fair with all the reviews I write.
First impressions of the hotel was it’s well situated to explore the surrounding area.
On arrival the check in was informative and simple and we were giving a map with the layout of the hotel, and where are room was.
The hotel itself is well presented and clean, its consist of five circular tower blocks to one side of the pool. Approximately 7 storeys high. We were in block C with a pool view. The room was nice but had some problems as are stay continued.
1. The-bed where twins pushed together as standard in most hotels abroad, problem was they were on casters at one end and moved to easy, no chance of cuddling up as they moved apart. And weren’t quite when they moved.
2. The fridge in the room was noisy every time it came on or went off you could hear it as it just in an open space not far from the end of the bed.
3. The block we were in was quiet noisy as the restaurant entrance was situated under are block you could hear people talking as they where going in. The waste system you could hear the water running down every time someone flushed there toilet or took a shower from the floors above.
The pool area. There are plenty of sun beds but getting on the right one at the right time to get the winter sun is an art. The over 18 area is best up until 11 o’clock. Then move to a sun bed poolside. Biggest problem is the first two blocks shade the sun until fully risen and some of the palm trees can also shade you from it. You can hire pool towels
The food I have no complaints about always found something to eat, there’s plenty of choices like most AI does get repetitive the second week but there’s a lot of choice, even the snack bar was fine,
I was disappointed with the Christmas gala dinner. But the new year eve one was excellent.
The beer spirits and soft drinks are ok most are help yourself just have to queue for spirits and cocktails.
Entertainment. There is an entertainment program and activities during the day I didn’t participate in them, but it kept kids and some adults entertained. Night entertainment was most nights and good but the downstairs concert hall is wasted for me. Christmas Eve and near year entertainment was brilliant.
Overall we enjoyed are stay at the hotel but I don’t think I’d return to that area again. As there was a lot of same sex couples but there was a big new year eve festival not far away for them.

Worst €400/Night Rip-Off – Rude Staff, Bad Food & Discrimination!”
I’m spending €400 per night for this subpar experience, and the only reason I ended up here is that all the other hotels were fully booked. The food is excessively greasy and of the lowest quality, especially compared to Princess Hotel, which charges a similar price during peak season but offers a far superior experience.
On top of that, the staff acts as if I owe them millions, and the place is full of dubious people. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent stay—it will only ruin your holiday.

Average, food was
However there are a few things that let down. The food is so consistent and pretty bland. Myself and my girlfriend have been food poisoned and wasted 2 of our days not eating or leaving the room. The staff didn’t really have any sympathy and didn’t want to have anything to do with it.
