It's not a 4-star, we wouldn't come back

Hey, hi. The hotel is rated 4 stars but not enough, the best of all the staff, very friendly. The buffet of the night very poor if not because they offer two separate dishes and that repeat the whole weekend. The breakfast buffet makes you hot dishes at the moment, unnatural orange juice, homemade jams. Too much pastries. Unhomemade
In our corner room, the wind came through the windows and moved to the curtains, the heating did not work well and the amenities very simple. The emergency light very annoying to sleep. The Pillows were not individual and very soft. I didn't have Nordic, a thick quilt. We didn't rest well. The best massage with Elexia in the spa. The regular spa. No crowding. I wouldn't come back.

Cockroach

At first everything seemed great, until x the night we found tremendous cockroach on the pillow. My husband came down to complain and the solution was to give him an insecticide. In the morning after handing over the keys and the insecticide we complained again and the reception girl, as if she had not found out..... A disgrace.

Embarrassing.

I'm not writing opinions but this time it's necessary and since in google it won't let me I have to do it around here to see if it reaches any responsible. It is shameful and humiliating to hear the person who cleans the rooms insult the people who stay in a greater way if they do it in a shared public and communal space that we can all go through and listen to it as was my case
Ma'am, we're not h**** and if you mind if we take time to leave, you can stand it because we have permission from other staff who are competent. Thank you to the rest of the hotel’s staf for their hospitality from reception to spa
To the manager of this hotel: a course in know-how and job development would not be bad for some employees

Spoiled vacation

Choose this hotel only if you want to ruin your holiday. From the outside, the hotel is quite pretty, but inside you will receive a cold reception from the staff, which all guests prevent from working. No one will say hello to you, no one will help you, you will be doing you a favor. In a semi-basement room, in a room like a funeral hall, you will find a breakfast of dubious quality, juice and coffee machines that do not work, a stale salad of fruit and strangely colored hamon.
The room at Hotel 4* does not even have the smallest refrigerator, cooling drinks is offered at the reception! A wildly uncomfortable mattress, a TV on the ceiling, the toilet is the cheapest toilet paper you can't use.
It is best not to go to Spa, the reception is as "polite" a staff member as the reception at the hotel. Spa time is limited, only an hour and a half. Cold pool, strange-looking and dubiously clean showers. Relaxation is out of the question. Don't waste any time.
If possible, choose another hotel!

A HORROR!!

We booked this hotel because it was well located on the map.
For a 4 Star with a SPA we expected a property worthy of this Ranking
Upon arrival there was no one at the reception.
Yet there was a phone placed on the counter with internal number that we dialed many times and where no one answered
After 15 minutes we "walked" through the hotel to find nice maids but unable to answer us and it was finally in the "gawky" breakfast room in the basement, that we found someone who called the receptionist who arrived 10 minutes later
This EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT receptionist suddenly replied that the check in was at 2:00 pm when we just wanted to drop off our luggage.
Once arrived in the room, it was very any, not very functional and the bed a horror, yet a good bed is not so expensive and this is the main service that sells a hotel!!
The headboard has a "hole" that fits into your back which does not allow you to lean against it
The emergency exit sign that flashes constantly at night is not great
The bathroom is ok
The first night we "tried" to go to the restaurant which was a horror a buffet not at all "inviting" and at 28 € a scam for this country
Breakfast is "very average" products are low-end, "fruit juices" undrinkable, weird bacon etc etc etc etc
The SPA is managed independently unpleasant welcome, cold and unheated pool and "clean limit" facilities
There is no direction all poorly trained and unpleasant staff is like "abandoned"
Do not go unless you want to fall into depression!!
