The perfect hotel for me in Basel!
The room is just great (big, quiet, and beautiful). The service was flawless: I particularly liked their WhatsApp setup whereby I could ask any question or help through WhatsApp and it works so much better than calling them.
The location is super convenient. I now take the trams everywhere I go and the free day pass that came with the hotel room was super useful.
Overall, this is such a well-run and maintained hotel that I wish there were more of them in other cities.

Must stay boutique hotel in Basel
Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel in the center of Basel. The room was minimalist yet incredibly cozy, with super comfortable beds and spacious terrace. The design blends minimalist Japanese aesthetics with high-tech features and a touch of vintage charm—absolutely perfect for me as an designer.
The staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A special mention to the hotel manager, Kateřina, whom we met in the lobby; she was exceptionally kind and accommodating.
The rooftop terrace with a bar was a highlight, serving as a lovely breakfast spot in the morning. The breakfast itself was excellent, and I loved the thoughtfully curated books available for guests all over the hotel.
The location is unbeatable—close to the riverbank, the zoo, the train station, great shopping, and fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Basel!

Deco design, contemporary and original sober. I enjoyed spending three nights in your establishment.
