1 night no more!
Very poor communication between them.
Clean room apart from under the bed where there was a mountain of dust.
Clean bathroom.
Lunch in the form of a correct buffet.
If you are looking for something practical this hotel may fit for one night but that is all I would not recommend to spend a stay there.

Very bad experience
We had to cross the parking lot in the rain in the other part of the Ibis Pension to wake the watchman. Who explained to us in a very unpleasant way that this room is not allocated and he allowed himself to tell us that we were ghost guests. "Ghost guests" who had already paid for the room , had checked in in the early afternoon and received both cards (Keys ). The person asked us for an ID card and took back the data. After the so-called "activation" one of our cards still did not work.
We were finally able to get home at 3:00 in the morning.
The next day, the problems persisted. On our way to breakfast, the lady who asked for our room number picked up the chorus. That's not possible in his words. Under our room number, there was yet another name. the lunch was basic and restricted. We asked if we could have croissants because the cart was empty, we were told we arrived too late! It was only 9:45 on a Sunday morning and lunch was announced until 11:00!!!
Very nice welcome we will not return to this establishment again. And we do not recommend it!

I've booked a two bed room, but get only 1 bed in the room.
The request at Reception was rejected in a very rude way.

Shared facilities between the Ibis Budget and its sister hotel next door. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.
Pros:
Great location for the ice hockey and local transport link via the number 1 bus every 15 minutes for 3 CHF.
Rooms clean and tidy - bedding fresh and comfortable
Very friendly staff and happy to speak in English
Great bar service in the Ibis next door
Cons:
Limited facilities in the room (but it is budget for a reason!)
No hair dryer, iron, tea/coffee station, shower gel
Vending machines very limited no snacks or drinks in the budget hotel and no vending machine in the Ibis next door although they do have a fridge with takeaway drinks
