Can do better
Regrettably the reception staff does not speak (or speaks so little) English, that there is a need for 3 people to treat a single guest. When you introduce yourself to 3 customers, the wait is endless. Cannot order a drink, nothing is offered. And as for the magnetic card dedicated to the opening of electricity it took a good 15 minutes and ten different cards to get there........
