We would like to clarify our policies regarding spa and facility access. When you utilize our spa services, you have the privilege of accessing the indoor pool. However, please note that the infinity pool is just exclusively reserved for hotel guests. The fee you mentioned which is not correct is specifically for access to the Escape Beach area, and we sincerely regret any confusion this may have caused.
We understand that miscommunication can lead to frustrations, and while we are disappointed to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, we believe our overall offerings reflect a dedication to quality and guest satisfaction that warrants consideration beyond a single star rating.
