⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - A jewel in Bariloche

What an amazing place! Since I arrived, the human warmth and friendly staff made me feel at home. The cleanliness is impeccable. The shower a wonder! Hot water and spectacular pressure.
In addition, I met people with such a good vibe that, being quite shy and introverted, I felt super comfortable and connected. The location is perfect, one block from Lake Nahuel Huapi and downtown. Definitely a place to come back. ✨

I recommend!

We stayed a week with my husband. We tried to book a private room, but it was only available for a few days (understandable being the middle of the winter season), they were very kind in allowing us to transit both options and patients with three room changes, check in and check out... and we must admit that this, allowed us to open to a new experience and break down many prejudices
The space in general is in good condition, perhaps -on a personal basis- I would say that the bedding would be something to improve. The kitchen super spacious and very well equipped.
The staff service is excellent, polite and friendly, very predisposed. I personally highlight iris and Cristian for their warmth and tenderness with guests and in general.
The location, spectacular a few blocks from downtown and with bakeries and supermarkets attached to the Hostel.
Another thing to value, is that in the middle we grabbed a game of the national team and brought a super TV (in addition to the one that is already in common space) to watch the game more comfortable.
We would come back and recommend the space without a doubt

Recommended in everything!!

Service without faults in everything. The place is clean, warm, comfortable. You sleep spectacularly in the beds. There is enough space in the rooms to leave everyone's things. Very clean bathrooms, super hot showers.
All the staff are very friendly and willing to find solutions. In addition to always proposing alternatives to simplify your stay and trip. That creates a very good vibe throughout the place.
The breakfast is simple, but everything is very delicious: spectacular homemade bread, throughout the time that breakfast is served, nothing was ever missing, even though when we went the hostel was full.

Central location, lovely staff

Large hostel full of mainly Spanish-speaking 20-30 age group so likely to be a bit noisy. We had one of the few double rooms with bathroom, the rest seemed to be dorm rooms x4 with a separate luggage rooms and the odd double with shared bathroom. Accommodation in Bariloche is a long way from the airport so we took a shared Remise, dropped us off at Hopa which is 10 mins from the main square and 4 from the lake; a slightly funky, older property. Large kitchen to make your own food if you wish and many people did. Breakfast is included, staff are very helpful, the buses to go on your hike are 10 mins walk (get there early, they get very crowded with backpackers and are 20+ mins apart). Great place to stay but remember it is a hostel and not the Hilton!

Affordable and fun!!

This was one of my favorite hostels I've encountered during my four months in South America so far. I spent two nights here and booked last minute. The staff we're super friendly and helpful with lots of information about activities and transportation in Bariloche. The breakfast is good, delicious cakes, cereal, yogurt, etc. The location is great only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and breweries (we loved Bacchman's brewery for the best IPA in the continent thus far!) The rooms could be a little chilly but they were comfortable and the lockers were enormous which was refreshing! After such an amazing stay we were surprised at how cheap it was when we checked out. Great stay all around, my friend and I had a phenomenal time!
