Food is terrible
Fish and chips, a scotch fillet steak, med rare and a chocolate and macadamia tart with cream and seasonal berries.
Well the fish only got out of the deep frier just before it was burnt to a crisp. The scotch fillet was obviously not fresh, a dry grey in colour tasteless piece of boot leather and the tart was obviously something taken out of a box and as for seasonal berries, which are abundant at the supermarkets was a red grape cut into three slices and cream from a can.
You people need to lift your game. This food was rubbish.

Great facility but disappointing dining experiences
We stayed a total of 20 days over 3 months for work and were very disappointed with the food. Tried just about everything and was underwhelmed with the menu- steaks hit and miss, and most other menu items were just ok- with the basics like hot chips and a tasty salad (not just a pile of mixed lettuce) often missed-breakfast didn’t change at all over our stays and it all seemed a little “unloved”-for the prices we would expect more. For a great accommodation facility with friendly staff the restaurant doesn’t match the level expected.
Revamping the menu with fresh NT produce, consistent standards and some love an imagination would help.

The best hotel in NT
Clean and nice room and hotel.
Great breakfast!
We were twice at the hotel. The first was very good, but the second time even better!
We had a free room upgrade.
All guests have free laundry and dryers.
We asked for early breakfast, and it was very good as well.
