Amazing hotel, amazing food, amazing staff!

We were very well looked after and had a wonderful stay. Lovely hotel, fantastic food and excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were extremely helpful. The fresh and plentiful breakfast set us up for our daily bike rides on the Vennbahn and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We loved the Brexit themed bar a great place to grab a quick beer. If you are looking for a stay in this area, look no more, highly recommended and we will stop again for sure

Clean hotel with very friendly staff

We stayed here for a night and enjoyed it very much. Everything was smooth from check in to check out.
The staff is very friendly and speaks german, French and a little bit dutch. German is the common language in this part of belgium.
The room was clean and big enough, with a spacious bathroom with shower. The bed was very good. The only con on the room could be the shower itself. The shower was tight and had by entering the shower a huge step. So if you're a big person the shower may be too narrow for you and I can imagine that old people or people with disabilities can have a problem with the step by entering the shower (the bathroom itself has the same level as the rest of the room so no problems there).
The restaurant is tremendous, very delicious food and very helpful and friendly staff. You can dine inside and alfresco and the restaurant can double later on as a bar. The beverage list also contains several cocktails which I liked.

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Wir waren im Juni zu 13 Personen bei Amel Mitte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren gross, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

De moeite waard!

Zeer mooi hotel. Mooi ingerichte kamer met badkamer en separate toilet. Hoogwaardige aankleding. Zeer schoon en proper. Voldoende kussens en dekens. Helmaal niets op aan te merken. Het hotel heeft een bistro, bar en restaurant. Uitgebreid ontbijt. We komen zeker terug. Meer dan voldoende parkeerplaatsen aan de voor- en achterzijde.

Très belle surprise

En famille avec deux ados,
Nous avions deux chambres communicantes spacieuses, bien équipées et très propres.
Tout est nouveau.
Équipements sanitaires et literie de grande qualité.
A refaire sans hésitation !
