This hotel is so convenient and has parking, we find it comfortable and there is a bar in the Novotel next door

Tiny room, terrible location, the room design is not suitable for family, the water pressure is like you are using a tea cup amount of water.

The room smelled like bathroom sewer I complained the guy told me he smells nothing, after 1 night the room humidity were high and there is no ventilation other than opening the window that has no net so mosquitos entered the room and I had to close it. It felt like a prison cell

First night was fine but on night two I smelt a strong smell and I immediately fell unwell and I didn’t not feel safe so I got checked out at the hospital then moved location entirely for the last two nights even though they offered a room change only. Once far from the location my condition improved. Still unknown source.

Disappointing: progress to be made in welcoming.

This is the third time I have stayed at this Pension and may be the last. It is true that it is not located in the city center but for a bike ride north and to eat at Hechi in the evening, the location is good for me. The equipment is basic and the air conditioning (or fan) was not working that night. I could have asked the person at the entrance but I don't think he would have moved. For me, the main concern is the welcome. When I say hello or goodbye, it's in a vacuum, nobody answers me. The check-in person did nothing to make my bike safe at the property. I have the Impression that we are not paying enough to be considered real customers. However, the ibis budget located in the city center of Antwerp that evening was cheaper! Before you come here, make sure there's no better place else.
