Excellent reception service and off-road parking. Suites are dated, without AC in the main living area.

Already was better

I've been to the place a few times, the staff are very kind, but I believe the flat needs some renovations. Dark elevators, missing paint, torn curtain, bathroom with some marks that could be removed with more thorough cleaning.

The place (Guara Inn) was fully booked and did not accept our distrustful Hotels.com “confirmed” booking. We had to find another place in the middle of the night, because Hotels.com help was absolutely useless

Good local hotel

Friends who live in Guaratingueta booked this hotel for us as it is close to where they live. It is in a quiet street handy for many amenities. We had a warm welcome at reception and were pleased with our room on the second floor which has a mini kitchen with some utensils provided, a flat screen tv, open plan lounge area, comfortable bedroom and a shower en suite. We enjoyed views over the rooftops of local residential area across to the hills. There is secure underground parking, also on street parking. A very good breakfast in included, served in the rooftop restaurant. A great place to stay.
