Very nice room and well equipped

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment hotel’s offer. One bedroom, #6, easy to access, well equipped for a night or more and close to the city center. Century-old building but very secure access (entry code at the main door).
We were welcomed by the charming owner who undoubtedly knows the place and surroundings. We immediately feel at ease. Small kitchen suitable for a breakfast or a quick meal, coffee and tea included, fridge for your drinks, microwave, small oven as well as all the crockery available for you.. Nice outdoor parking space. Spa, sauna and small exercise room and roof terrace.

Clean and welcoming - old decor but with character

Very spacious and clean apartment, comfortable beds. Very kind staff. Lots of things provided, spa and hammam. On the other hand, the house is old and not in very good condition with many narrow stairs. The decor is quite eclectic, but once you get used to it, it has character. Not too far from the city center and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Neither luxurious nor modern but it is welcoming and good value for money.

A very comfortable place to stay

We are a retired Australian couple visiting Canada for the first time. We stayed here for two nights while travelling from Québec City to Ottawa, mainly as it represented good value for money as advertised on Trip Advisor/Booking.com.
We were greeted very warmly, and immediately felt at home. The ad said that it came with a kitchenette – it really does! Fridge, microwave, sink, and complete with crockery and cutlery. There was even a toaster oven. As there wasn’t a breakfast option, this worked well for us. It was also very close to a large supermarket – also handy!
It could have been described as a studio apartment as it was very roomy for a hotel room. Good bed, good bathroom with perhaps a bit too much pressure in the shower.
There were thoughtful touches everywhere which we really appreciated.

Very nice apartment and good location to city - No lifts be aware

I was lucky and due to a cancellation got apartment 9 on the Third floor . The apartment was huge especially as it was just for me . The bed was comfortable , they had a portable AC unit that was noisy but did its job keeping the room cool . Its quite a hike upstairs with a suitcase so be aware no lifts. There is parking round the back in a space nominated by your room . there is a bar and a shop across the road for snacks and food , Its about a 20 minute walk to downtown which was good in the summer , might be a bit tricky in the winter . I would stay here again over a hotel if i was staying the week.

Desapointed but realy Good place to stay

Its realy clean and central. The owner was realy rude and not welcomy. We were staying with our step parents and two young Kids(1 and 3). They were surprise to see us with Kids even thouth We reserved for 2 adults + 2 Kids.
If youre a couple or single do not hesitate. If your with Kids and dont bother to be judge or looked at like if you have à desease... Do not hesitate. For us, will stay elsewhere next Time.
